CCFuse brings together experience in software development, community sport and organisational leadership. We are a small team building products we would want our own clubs and associations to use.
Co-founder
Rob created RespectPlay out of many years involved in rugby, where he saw first-hand the growing pressure on officials, the frustration on all sides and the impact it was having on the game. He brings that lived experience in community sport to CCFuse, and keeps our work anchored to the same goal RespectPlay started with: improving understanding, behaviour and respect.
Co-founder & CTO
John leads CCFuse's technical direction and is responsible for how our products are designed, built and operated. With more than 20 years in software development, he has shipped ticketing systems, high-traffic media products for News Corp and platforms serving millions of users, and has led development teams and co-founded startups along the way. He brings that same focus on reliability and clarity to the tools we build for community sport.
Marketing & Socials
Tiana leads marketing and social media at CCFuse, with experience across business management, events, performing arts, fitness, wellness and community organisations. As the founder of Impact Management and You Matter More, she has managed client accounts and teams, coordinated events across Australia and supported businesses with strategy, creative direction and brand growth. Her background in content creation, campaign planning, copywriting and community engagement, alongside years as a professional performer and dance educator, gives her a natural strength in storytelling and audience connection, and shapes marketing that is both strategic and genuinely human.
Operations
Bec works across the operational side of CCFuse: project coordination, documentation, testing, administration and the processes that hold the rest together. She is at her best turning early ideas into practical outcomes, and keeps our work moving from something we have talked about to something associations can actually use.
Working with us
We work closely with the associations and clubs that use our products. If you would like to discuss RespectPlay, a partnership or a media enquiry, you will be speaking with the people who build and run it.
