• To respond to enquiries and provide the information you have asked for.
• To operate, maintain, secure and improve our products.
• To moderate content submitted through our products, including automated moderation of feedback to protect officials from abusive or inappropriate material.
• To provide associations with reporting and oversight of activity in their competitions.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

4. Automated moderation and human oversight

Our products use automated systems, including AI-assisted moderation, to screen submitted content. These systems assist human decision-making rather than replace it. Content that is flagged is subject to review by the relevant association, and outcomes that materially affect a person are not decided by automated processing alone.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose personal information to:

• The sporting association or governing body responsible for the competition you participate in, where our product is provided to you through that organisation.
• Service providers who help us operate our products, such as hosting, email, analytics and security providers, under obligations of confidentiality.
• Law enforcement or regulators where required or authorised by law.

Some of our service providers may store data outside Australia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information against misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot warrant the security of information transmitted to us over the internet.
